MARPOSS Innovation and Digitization for Industry 4.0

MARPOSS

Marposs will be exhibiting at EMO MILANO 2021, where it will present an unprecedented industrial neural network.

Visit Marposs at Stand E11 at Hall 5, where the booth has been created to simulate a production plant data portal, illustrating real-time integration of the measurement and control devices within the Marposs digital platform.

Marposs will also present its newest monitoring systems for machine tools: BLÚ and BLÚ LT. These two systems open the door to the smart factory, providing a more optimized and integrated process by monitoring the key data/parameters collected by the system.

Probing and monitoring solutions for machine tools will be presented through a live demo where every aspect of the process is optimized: from detecting workpiece positioning to tool integrity to collecting and analyzing work cycle data. Every step can be assessed, and corrected if necessary, to ensure quality, effectiveness and efficiency.

Visitors to the booth will also find the latest flexible optical measurement solutions, OptoQuick and Optoflash, which are fast and easily configurable in real time. Created for applications in the automotive, aerospace and biomedical sectors, they can be used both in laboratory and in production environments.

Also present, owing to Marposs’ acquisition of e.d.c., will be testing solutions for electric motor production. The LT400, which identifies all latent defects in the insulation system that could potentially generate failures, is a partial discharge windings analyzer for R&D and control quality departments.

With a portfolio of leak testing solutions based upon a variety of technologies, Marposs has chosen to display its helium leak test station for bipolar flow plates. This system can guarantee the efficiency and long life of the fuel cell system and is essential in controlling the quality and construction of the components’ sealing.
