WMZ develops and produces machine tools for the flexible machining of shaft-shaped parts within the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP.
Thanks to the modular system of the V300, car and commercial vehicle components with a length of up to 1,000 mm can be completely machined in just one clamping. In addition to turning, milling and drilling operations, gearing can also be integrated into shaft-shaped workpieces.
The large-scale machine series HDC Heavy Duty Cutting is designed for the workpiece diameter range between 2,000 and 5,000 mm for heavy machining and for the fine and/or hard fine machining.
