We are pleased to introduce you to FUJI products at the EMO Milan 2021 Machine Tool Show.

Our new GYROFLEX, Ultimate Multitasking Machine, offers flexible production, which handles simple to complex workpieces.

The GYROFLEX T4000 is equipped with dual 15 Station live tool turrets. The milling tool spindle with B- axis can access to both machine main spindles and enables various different types of machining. The Automatic Tool Changer has a quick tool change time with a capacity of 40 tools in the magazine. A FUJI built reliable gantry robot contributes to advanced automation and efficiency.

The GYROFLEX machine allows us to offer our customers completed parts machining in one machine with combined operations, reduction of set-up and changeover time with a minimum capital investment.

Our Newly Designed CSD300II, front facing twin spindle lathe, has increased rigidity and is loaded with new and improved features for faster, easier and stronger operation. Faster Turret Indexing and Robot Traverse Speeds are some of the new improvements, along with a new user friendly HMI equipped with machining load detection and thermal displacement compensation systems. The CSD300II gives you best solution for high volume production.
