Doosan Machine Tools will participate in the 2021 Milan World Machine Tool Show (EMO MILANO 2021), to be held at the Fiera Milano Exhibition Center in Italy from October 4 to 9, under the themes of ‘5-axis’, ‘complex & multi-axis’, and ‘automation’ aimed at creating a better metal processing environment.

As part of its commitment to expanding its market share in Europe, DMT will introduce eleven high-end/complex, multi-axis machine tools and automation solutions, including six new products, under the exhibition themes of ‘5-axis’, ‘complex & multi-axis’, and ‘automation’.
During this year’s exhibition, DMT will presents its 5-axis machining equipment, including the DVF 5000, VCF 5500L, and VCF 850LSR and multi-purpose machining machines, which are designed to respond to the demand for ‘5-axis’ and ‘multi-purpose machining’ in the field of metal processing.

Furthermore, Doosan Machine Tools’ exhibition booth will display ‘complex & multi-axis’ processing equipment and automation solutions that integrate the processing capabilities of several pieces of general equipment into one unit, whose complex functions not only minimize work time but also reduce the need for manpower. Doosan Machine Tools will also exhibit its range of multi-tasking machines, such as the PUMA SMX2100ST and PUMA SMX5100LB, the PUMA TT1300SYY, which is equipped with a bar feeder, the NHP 5000 equipped with RPS, and the DVF 5000 equipped with AWC, and will highlight the ability of specialized automation for each demand industry.

In addition, Doosan Machine Tools will introduce its latest turning centers, including the Lynx 2600SY, PUMA SMX2100ST and PUMA SMX5100LB, along with its newest machining centers, such as the BVM 5700, SVM 4100, and VCF 5500L, and eleven machines applied the technological prowess of company that realizes the highest machining capability in its class as well as a number of automation solutions.

Also, Doosan Machine Tools will demonstrate its competitiveness in responding to future technologies by introducing its own PC-based software CUFOS, automation, and processing quality improvement functions, on a real-time basis monitoring of the production lineup, and its Smart Manufacture Processing Technology solution, which is designed to reduce costs and increase production efficiency.
